Business Ethics

In this day and age where unethical business behavior seems to be more and more common, we felt it was important to provide a little bit of insight into our business model and our code of ethics.  As we are a family run business, it is important for us to provide an honest service to our customers.  What that means is that you'll be treated with respect before, during and after the sale.  Nobody should have to deal with unethical business practices. 

Our business ethics model follows a few simple rules:

• Always listen to the customer
• Offer technical advice to assist in the product or process selection
• Offer fair and honest pricing for goods and services provided
• Follow up after the sale to assure customer satisfaction
